We happily accept returns on unopened, unused, and completely sealed products within 30 days of delivery. If the outer box is intact and the inner protective packaging hasn't been breached, we'll take it back, give you a refund, and keep the dream alive.

Science, baby. The magic of a Smelldos is in the olfactory journey. The second you rip open that internal packaging, that glorious, majestic fragrance starts escaping into the wild.

If you open it, sniff it, and decide it's not for you, we can't take it back. Why? Because the next person deserves a full, unadulterated sensory explosion, not a faded, secondhand whiff of what could have been. Once opened, the fragrance dissipates, and frankly... it's trash. And we don't sell trash.

We know what they look like. You know what they look like. But we need to say this loud and clear for the folks in the back: Smelldos are absolutely, 100% NOT for internal use.* They are a visual and olfactory experience.

• ☢Keep it external, folks.

If we receive a return and it looks like it has been anywhere near... unapproved territory... or if the inner scent seal is broken, our fulfillment team will not be able to process the return, and you will not receive a refund.
